2014 "Saturn" Late Harvest Sauvingon Blanc

This lusciously sweet dessert wine gets its beautiful golden color from light skin contact after harvest. Pronounced aromas of candied citrus, honeycomb, dried tropical fruits (mango, pineapple) and ginger fill the glass and let us know that this fruit saw some botrytis (about 15% of the fruit was affected this vintage). On the palate, these intriguing aromas morph into distinct flavors and are joined by ripe stone fruit and lemon meringue pie. The bright acidity and lingering finish keep you coming back for more!
