By design, our NOIR is a fascinating push-pull beteen its "Pinot Noir" and "Big Bold Red" qualities. On the nose, you'll detect red cherry, sagebrush, and celeryroot--its Pinot nature-- intermixing with cinnamon, clove, and cherry cordial. Spicy, subdued tannins, firm acidity, and a silky body make this a delicious summertime sipper. The palate matches the nose, melding deep cherry flavors with an earthy, spicy counterpoint. Ready to drink now and can be cellared through 2025.
