What a panoply of aromas! The 2021 installment of our Stone Patch Caberent Franc is absolutely transfixing and hard to pin down. Roasted poblano, rose petal, and cherry wood can be found, as well as cocoa dusted pomegranate seed and flavors of blueberry, bourbon marinated cherries, and chocolate Belgian wafer. This is a hearty wine with great nuance and great concentration, with a peculiar corduroy texture.
