2022 DeMayo Chardonnay

Aromas of Bartlett pear, buttercream and rosemary flower honey evolve into a palate marked by finely-honed acidity and a pillowy body. Fermented and matured in 100% French oak, the new oak influence is clearest upon the finish. The racy acidity suggests Granny Smith apple and lemon pith, which will become even more pie-like with aging, as the tannins percolate into spice box character.  Well balanced notes of honeybutter continue on through the creamy finish.
