The 2022 Triska Chardonnay offers an inviting and complex nose: ripe yellow peach, mango and Fuji apple, and a hint of honeysuckle and marcona almond. Upon tasting, the wine’s “sur lie” character adds complexity to the refreshing qualities of this 100% stainless steel Chardonnay. Winemaker Julian Halasz found the lees-character to be greatest in the creamy, well-rounded mouthfeel and long finish.
