2022 Triska Vineyards Pinot Noir

Cheers! The 2022 vintage of the Triska Vineyard Pinot Noir has just scored 90 points from Wine Spectator!  At the end of the day, we’re a bunch of dreamers here at Darcie Kent, and we have long held a dream of creating classic, pure, and gorgeous Pinot Noir here in our cool foothill arroyos. Now that dream is real, and we are so excited to raise a glass to the second vintage. Toast a glass with us as we celebrate this milestone, and the vintages to come.  

 The aromatics of our 2022 Pinot Noir remind us of a stroll through a chef’s garden: notes of bing cherry and plum skin intermingle with peppery geranium, celery seed, marjoram, thyme and sage. This is a quintessential pinot noir! On the palate, a delicate screen of tannins leaves an impression of spice, and is mouth-drying while still being soft and integrated. Flavors of cranberry and black plum are complemented by a note of cedar incense and a throughline of blackpepper, extending through the finish.
