Our 2022 West Hill Cab' leaves a strong impression from its first moments in the glass. Opulent aromas of juicy black fruit, like a molten blueberry in a just-baked muffin, collide with notes of red pepper flake, white peppercorn, tobacco and silvermint. The palate is equally charismatic, with technicolor notes of black cherry, cocoa, kola nut, coriander and nutmeg all vying for attention. Bristling and spicy tannins complement the wine's soft layered body and strong backbone of acidity. In the words of our winemaker, "this is unmistakably Cabernet Sauvignon, with the unapologetic arrogance of being the king." We suggest you cellar through 2038 to unlock this wine's full potential.
