2023 "Darcie" Chardonnay

To be released January 31st, 2025 as part of the Quarter 1 Release. 

Aromas of yellow and green apples, honeysuckle, and green tea are complemented by a hint of earthiness and sourdough bread. 2023 may be the inaugural vintage of Darcie Chardonnay, but our fans will recognize this signature style of our "unoaked, but still creamy" chardonnays. Stirred on the lees, this yeast influence creates a pillowy body and adds a little complexity to the flavors. Here we find hazelnut, walnut and that same hint of sourdough, joined by a lovely apple tart and lemon zest character that extends through teh finish.
