2023 DeMayo Chardonnay

We have many beloved fall traditions, but our favorite could easily be the release of our DeMayo Chardonnay. As ever, our DeMayo Chardonnay strikes an evocative balance between fresh-apple acidity, creamy caramel, and pumpkin spice notes. No wine better captures the essence of autumn! 

 The 2023 invites you with aromas of golden apple, Bosc pear, cinnamon and nutmeg. Winemaker Julian Halasz notes that the palate is “rich, round and robust, with fruit in focus, and surrounded with the oak sugars.” Rock the wine on your palate and explore how the oak doesn’t just add spice to this wine, but also that hint of woody sweetness. The palate also reveals notes of pineapple pound cake, with a long vanilla and tapioca starch finish.
