2023 Triska Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Kent family's north-facing Triska Vineyard, the coolest site in Crane Ridge which experiences constant breezes and a thick blanket of coastal fog each morning.

This wine’s perennial, “cult-classic” jalapeño note is already kicking on the 2023 vintage—no cellaring needed! It’s joined by lemongrass, lemon pith and citron-vert. The tropical nature deepens on the mouth-coating, and where its zippy acidity leads the charge on the finish.
