Alpine White 2023

Kick back with our favorite aprés ski in or out of ski season, Alpine White! This year marks the first vintage release of our Best of Show winning white blend. Alpine White is a nod to the first American iteration of Darcie’s family winery, called Alpine Winery, which was started in 1875. Our Alpine wines are fruit forward, light, and playful, just like great-great-great-great grandpa used to make. 

2023 features Sauvignon Blanc, Albariño, and Grüner Veltliner, and a captivating aromatic play of pomelo, peach blossom, and pink guava. Winemaker Julian Halasz notes that “the mouthfeel is rich with fruit, almost oily and viscous,” and the wine’s fruit character is perfectly balanced with its acidity, leading to a long beeswax finish.
