Food prepared and presented by Daniel Johnson (Don’t Be Shellfish) Sommelier Jeremy Troupe-Masi, Chef Genea Powell, and Vintner Darcie Kent.
To start you will be greeted with our sparkling Grüner Veltliner while overlooking one of the best sunset views in the Livermore Valley. Bing’s Barn Art Gallery & Tasting Room will be transformed into a festive, maritime experience fit for a yuletide harbormaster.
A community table will line the center of the barn where dinner will be served along with a curated flight of Darcie Kent wines that will complement each course. Daniel, Jeremy, Genea , and Darcie will provide insights into the source of the seafood, meats and veggies, and the marriage of wine with food. Semi-formal, business attire is requested.
